Hi Paul:

I think you have to remember when a cf card is left in the unit in my
opinion the unit is poling not only the unboard disks meaning the keysoft
disk and flash disk also any other external  drives/cards etc.  When you go
in to file manager of course you have those external devices constantly
being poled.

Not sure if this is a good deffinition but it sure would make a difference.
