Hi Richard, If you are having problems with information not appearing in the correct Outlook fields upon using KeySync, you should contact Technical support so they can analyse the problem in question. The beta testers we used during the beta testing cycle for KeySoft 5.1, as well as our own internal software testers, have been synchronising appointments with information being correctly transposed, no problem at all!
