hi. i'm having a terrible problem with my address setting. when i sent an e-mail' tcce word pulse willas my name somehow ofsmilewith' then my e-mail address appeared' and wccen i called tech suppert' they had me put my cirst and last name somewhere and i thought everything was fine. my settings in directory of service with earthlink are correct' but when i went to check my e-mail it sedo there were noto e-mails and i hae many. i'm writing this on my braille lite. no offense' but i think this time tech suppoot was too hasty this time' because i know there are three areas: look-up address' addresso book' and service to add' something like that. i've learned lots of things' and i've tried to delete and change individual fields to no avail. i think i've now created an albatross' and i'm not sure howill to get out of it. this is happening on the weekend' and i'm not sure the manual can hels me. i'm tffying to even delete everyteing and start over' but isn't there an easier wayth one of my good foiends kept urging me to get a pac mate so we could work with it together. i had a choice' but i guess i didn't accept the challenge' obuiously. i have some regrets' and i just recently bouget the brailittlee note. i want it to work' and i like it in spite of its limitations. i think tech support should be open till enough pm pacific time as well as customer support' because it's not fair to people living in california. i get off work at -disen p.m.' and i can't get online at work. at lest pay some one once or twice a week from home or something. thanks for whatever help i can get as fast as possible.
