Hi Cody, The downloading instructions you gave are correct. However, a copy of the file downloaded is temporarily stored in the keysoft systems disk. This is why it's so important to clear temporary internet files on a regular basis. That being said, the mp 3 files are both larger than the capacity of the keysoft system disk will allow. This is why bn list members are asking for the files to be sent to them, because they cannot download them with the braille/voicenote themselves. Unfortunately, I cannot help since I myself do not currently (hopefully not for LONG) have a computer. Laura
