Hi Lisa,

I'm sorry but the sending of emails in the OutBox after receiving new
messages is done automatically and without prompting the user. My suggestion
for your problem is this. When you are writing replies to emails and exit
them, you get the prompt, "Ready to send this email?". Instead of pressing y
for yes, press d for Drafts and wait, you will not be prompted about saving it
to a folder but will be returned to where you are in the folder you have opened
or to the KeyMail Menu. This will place your replies in the Drafts folder, and
not in the OutBox, so when you check for new mail, they are not sent after the
download.
When you have read through the new messages and decide that some of your
replies should still be sent while others should be trashed, exit the folder
you are in and open the Drafts folder, which is a default folder in KeyMail.
When you are there, you will see the replies you have typed earlier. If you
want to send a message, press ENTER once, then SPACE with e to exit, and at the
prompt, "Ready to send email?", press y to place this email in the OutBox.
It's up to you if you want to save a copy or not when you are prompted about
this. You are returned to the Drafts folder and that reply will still be
displaying, but if you move to the next message by pressing SPACE with dots 56
or the NEXT thumb key, and try to go back to it by pressing SPACE with dots 23
or the PREVIOUS thumb key, it will no longer be there because it has been moved
to the OutBox.
If you want to edit the email message before sending, then press ENTER on
it until you are placed in the message body. Do your editing and when you are
through, press SPACE with e to exit, press y at the prompt, "Ready to send this
email?", and select whether or not to save it. Again, you are back in the
Drafts folder with that message still displaying, but if you move to the next
one there or exit the Drafts folder, then go back to check, it will not be
there because it has been moved to the OutBox.
Finally, if you think that the reply you wrote should not be sent anymore,
then while in the Drafts folder, move to the email you want to delete and press
SPACE with dots 2356, then type t to have it moved to the Trash folder for
deletion later. When you're done, you can connect to your ISP and send the
emails you have chosen to still send.

I hope this helps,
Kirstyn
