Dear Paul,

I use my BN QT at all my choir rehearsals. It's wonderful to be able to
take the entire hymn book with me, plus all of the anthems and cantatas. I
never stand during the rehearsals, so the BN isn't a problem.

I wish I had some sturdy place where I could set the BN and use it during
church services. Unfortunately I don't, so I wind up embossing everything I
need. I think sighted people wouldn't appreciate the appearance of me
standing in the choir loft with A BN hanging round me.

Although I have a music stand, I don't think it's sturdy enough to hold a
BN.

: Hi, Peggy. I tried using my braille lite 18 in choir once. One of the
: members laughed and told me I looked like R2D2. My wife said; no. He looks
: more like C3P O. My braille note qt is larger. I suppose it would look
: pretty funny with a keyboard protruding from my stomach<grin>.
: But I used to use my blt all the time. Usually, I didn't hang it around my
: neck, but just held it below my waist in my right hand and read and
: advanced with my right. I don't think this would work with my qt as it is
: so much larger.
