Thanks, Roselle. I've been out of office most of the day, so we'll try this
tomorrow.

Keith,

If you mean he is ink-printing a Braille document he created in the BN, then he
can configure the settings for the side margins by opening that document, and
entering the Ink-Print Settings Menu (READ with CTRL with B or SPACE with dots
2-3-4-6 then I). Go into the Layout List in that menu by navigating to it and
hitting ENTER or just type L. The settings for the left and right margins are
there (the default being 10 spaces). You can also enter the Page Settings
List, still under that Ink-Print Settings Menu, by pressing P instead of L.
The settings for the top and bottom margins are there (the default being six
lines).

Personally, the defaults don't work for me because the resulting printout has
side margins that are too wide, and I had to experiment on what would be the
settings that will suit me. Note that once he's figured out the settings that
work for him, he can set them to be the default by pressing BACKSPACE with S
(CTRL with S) instead of SPACE with E (ESCAPE) to exit and confirm the changes.
Doing so, the BN will say "Default set" and every Braille document he creates
thereafter will have those settings upon ink-printing. By the way, there is a
section in the manual entitled, "Ink-Print Settings Linked with a Braille
Document". for the BrailleNote BT version 5 manual, it's section 7.4.2.

HTH,
Roselle
