Diane, I use a BrailleNote to emboss on my Blazer; I have the lines per page on both set at 25, and the characters per line in both set at 34. (When I use Duxbury some of these settings are changed.) I have not run into the problem you mentioned. My standard practice is to make the embosser as "dumb" as possible, that is, make all your settings in the software (in this case, the BrailleNote), and let the sending device dictate things, not the embosser. Write me off-list if you'd like and we can figure this out.
