Dear Diane, As Brett suggests in his message, this is most likely a line spacing and lines per page issue with your Blazer. On the BrailleNote, I recommend that Paper Length be set to 25, and that Paper Width be set to 30. Your Blazer should have higher numbers for these settings, typically 27 lines per page, and 34 spaces per line. If you try this and continue to have problems, I'll be answering phones for tech support on Monday January 5, and you're welcome to call me then to discuss this issue.
