They're not likely to do that.  There's probably a strap over that battery.  
They want a technician to put it in there.  I  agree,though.  If these are our 
systems, we should be able to get a battery and install it with the right 
directions.  Actually, I am mainly suspicious of computer companies.  I think 
any way they can milk you, they will.
