Hi list:

Pulsedata is aware of the problems that come with using an older version of
Internet Explorer and the problem will be addressed as soon as is practical.

There is only so much that can be put into a, in this case, new release of
KeySoft due to a need to frequently bring new functionality to BrailleNote
users. Every software company is going to have this limitation, some to a
grater extent than others. If you want to look at features that haven't
been implemented in any software package as yet, there would probably be
more negatives than positives for a lot of already existing software,
depending on your requirements.

We brought a lot of new features to the market that it had requested in
Keysoft 5 and we will continue to strive to do that.

Obviously, priorities for what should be included in the next version of
KeySoft are going to vary from individual to individual depending on how
they use the BrailleNote, so as the saying goes, "you can't please all of
the people all the time". Having said this, we try to please a majority of
the people all the time.

In conclusion Andy, I'm not trying to take away from, or criticise, what
you have said, for I certainly realise, as a BrailleNote user myself, the
advantages that would come with using a later version of Internet Explorer.
I just want folks to be able to see the progress that hasn't been made in a
different light, i.e., progress to be made if this makes any sense. True, I
am aware that this isn't always possible during times of frustration.
Another thing to also look back on is the progress that has been made in
KeySoft to date.
