Hi Terry,
Go to the KeyList menu and Look Up your record. When it comes up, press SPACE
with dots 1-4 on any field; this doesn't clear anything the first time it's
pressed, but it puts in a list with all the fields. The ones you've filled in
have text, and the ones that still can be filled in have nothing written. The
cursor is placed after the end of either your text (if you entered anything in
a field) or the end of a field name, so you can change what you need. After
pressing the SPACE with dots 1-4 to get to the full list of fields, skip down
with the SPACE key or the ADVANCE thumb key (if you have a BrailleNote) until
you get to the appropriate Email Address field you want (Home Email Address or
Business Email Address). Enter the address in Computer Braille, press the
ENTER key to move to the next field (therefore saving your text), and press
SPACE with dots 2-6 to save your changes. This is the same procedure you would
follow to enter a Note after a record is added, but instead of skipping down to
the Notes field, go to the appropriate Email Address field instead. Hope this
helps.
Maria

>>No, Ann, it's actually SPACE with the mirror image of Q: the er sign, dots
