hello Terri,

I can't explain the garbage that you're receiving in the document.  This
might be due to the fact that IE4 which is what KeyWeb runs on, is not
interpreting the HTML correctly.  As I say, this is just a guess.

If you are getting grade two in text files, your settings should be set
correctly to receive grade two in HTML files.  I know there is an issue
whereby KeyWeb will sometimes display computer Braille when the page in
question is first opened but I've found this is usually corrected with a
keystroke.

If you still have any problems, send me the keysoft.ksd file in the
dictionaries folder on the flash disk, along with any HTML files you are
worried about and I'll have a look at what you've got.  Obviously if you do
this, I'll need information on exactly how you saved the file and the URL
etc.
