Hi all,
I do not know about finding out about the condition of the repair of the 
Braille Note.   However, I wanted to respond about tech support.
They were very good when I spoke with them, however, on my last occasion when I 
called, I got no response.  If it were not for Rhonda, I would not have known 
how to get google to stop beeping at me.
