[Braillenote] Obtaining a Braille-Note.

Hi List,
    How's the best way for me to obtain a Braille-Note? Ever since I've been
a Rehab client, they haven't helped with employment to say the least. Do
most purchasers use loans? What's the simpleste way to make such a purchase?
