You might want to look in a couple of places in the User Guide. First, in the chapter on the Address List, chapter 10, read the last three sections, entitled "Selecting an Address List", "Creating an Address List", and "Using KeyList to Manipulate Databases". Also, read Appendix E of the User Guide, entitled "Databases". Note that, unlike what it continues to say in the manual, in KeySoft v5.1, the "Select KeyList File" option is under the "Setup Options" submenu of the KeyList Menu.
