Now, you may have something here! I'll check with the originator of the document to find out how it was produced. If some other application was used to save the document as a Word file, I suppose it's possible that there is some internal difference in the file structure which Keysoft doesn't know about, but which vanilla Word does! It's bound not to have been produced by a version of Word which is too new for the PK - I think the originator has Office XP. Paul.
