The Directofor of E-Mail Accounts DDF should be in the KeyMail folder of the Flash Disk. I take it that it's not there, seeing as I get the same error message when I remove the DDF from the KeyMail folder of the Flash Disk of my unit. In any case, if it's not there, copy it from the Windows folder of the KeySoft System Disk into the KeyMail folder of the Flash Disk.
