Just hit the touch cursor button above the cell to which you want the cursor 
routed.  The cursor will stay at that place, even while you scroll with the 
Braille display, but if you're using the keyboard navigation commands to move 
with speech, the cursor is also moved.  You can hit the appropriate touch 
cursor button, and when you see the cursor dots below the letter to confirm 
that it is there, and you've made sure it's where you want it to be, you can 
exit the document, and when you reopen, you should be at the place to which you 
routed your cursor to (the place where you left off).
