Hi Evelyn: When you route the cursor to a particular cell, you should see dots 7 and 8 below the letter by default. For instance, if you route your cursor to a letter Z, instead of seeing just dots 1,3,5,6, you should see dots 1,3,5,6,7,8. If this is not happening, they you might have a problem with your display.
