If you're referring to moving to the top of a day, this is done by pressing [SPACE with dots 1-2-3], [READ with T] when the cursor is on the day to which you wish to move to the top of. However, make sure that your cursor is not in the Notes field of an appointment because, if it is, the aforementioned command will move you to the top of the current Notes field instead of the top of the actual day.
