Hi, using the vn it does work, pressing a repeatedly scrolls you through 
adams, albanov and anderson and when it gets to the end of the a's pressing 
it again takes you to the top of the a list which is useful, but otherwise 
it's the same as having to press the cursor key.

Can you repeat the same letter so that you could go to the next file with
the same letter?  I use this method in a list viewon the computer  and it
seems to work farly well.
