Hi all, firstly, if you require technical support for your BrailleNote
product, your first point of contact is HumanWare in your country of
residence. The role that Dean occupies is designed primarily for matters
that need to be escalated. Dean can then work with the Development team
here if necessary. But a phone call to tech support is the way to initiate
an inquiry.

Dean has traditionally also assisted via this list. That role will resume
quite soon.

In terms of getting any concerns you have resolved, it is very difficult to
handle individual concerns or complaints of a unique nature on a public
list like this, but that doesn't mean we're not interested in hearing them,
quite the opposite in fact. So please feel free to write to me. A number of
you have done this over the years and I think know that I generally return
e-mails promptly and will investigate any concerns. We appreciate your
business and your satisfaction is our priority.
