Hi, Now this is exactly why we should have some sort of detatchable braille display with the braillenotes or voicenotes. A braille display that fits into a long slot on the front of the machine, that way, if something like this happens, just pop the display off with two aluminum clips on the sides and just send back the display itself. But I'm pleased to say my braillenote is working fine with the display turned off and I'll have to unsubscribe from my email lists before it's shipped back because of so I don't get tons of email when I get it back. Nope. that dots 5 in cell 21 is still not coming up. Artic notetaker get here soon! Artics are nice and cheap, so big deal they may only have 1 or 2megs of memory it's better than nothing and I'm getting an artic transtype qwerty keyboard so I should be in ok shape.
