Hi Lisa,
I am not thinking about everyone. I am thinking abput PDI customers who're already using their products and on the lists. they know who has internet access. they just need to organize their information distribution system more to reflect their true customer base instead of using the old typewriter styled system which is not 100% accurate.
I don't need to remember that not everyone has internet access, PKI does!
