Hi Keao, If by "music" files you mean mp 3 or WAV files, yes the bn is notorious for deleting these attachments and giving such "error decoding" messages. Try zipping the music files and resending them, then changing the extension to .bks on the bn and unzipping them there. This will not only make the files smaller (the bn also has trouble handling very large files), but should also get you past the error messages. HTH, Laura
