Lisa, it may never do it again. Let it run flat. Then, recharge it. You may
never see this at this percentage again.

>Subject: [Braillenote] new battery is critical at 30 percent

>Hi Everyone,
>Okay I had a new battery put into my BN when it was in for repair. When the
>BN was returned to me it was at 68 percent. Now at 30 percent it is saying
>battery is critical. Maybe I got a bad battery? I tried resetting the unit
>and am still getting the same message. I can still use the unit while the
>message keeps showing up. I didn't get the battery is low message before the
>battery is critical message.
>Any ideas?
>I'd call tech support but after being on hold for an hour yesterday only to be
>told they had no explanation for my missing folders I'd prefer not to contact
>them.

>Sorry to sound so negative about PDI. It's just that when my unit is returned
>I expect to not have to return it immediately because of more problems. Oh
>well life isn't fair. I'd charge it but don't want to screw up the battery.
>Lisa
