Hi Will and List: Will, your best bet is to probably enter your information in to the Bn. Enter, from the main menu E, S, and D. Press Enter. You'll see "add a service" so press Enter. Enter the name of the ISP. The next one is "modem". Press dots 3-4 with Space to get to "network" and press Enter. Skip the phone number. Service user name, write that in, [EMAIL PROTECTED] and press Enter. Password, write that in, and if you have any numbers, write then in lower case. Your password will show up as asterisks. You'll be asked for your email user name, which is probably the same as your service user name. You'll be asked for an email password. Write it in., press Enter. Enter the pop and smtp servers. Make sure you know if you need authenticication. If you are going to log on with your computer as well, say "yes" to log on to network. I don't know if any of this will help, since your ethernet card is not recognized. I would probably do a reset with 4-5-6.
