Stacey, PDI has mentioned numberous times that it's best not to download too big a package at once. they remind us that this is not a PC but a notetaker. they recommend no more than fifty kilobytes of info at once. now many disregard this requirement or specification and they probably run in to problems like taking hours to download these huge packages of email. I bet you Rhonda doesn't download these huge packages of email with her voicenote or braillenote either. Isaac
