Actually, this does not necessarily have to be referred to one's experience but 
more to do with the way they do, etc. I am saying that these people themselves 
never really act themselves up to ring one immediately!  That is one negative 
reputation, yes, I see, again, yes.  You see, when I rang them through the 800 
number, which, according to their new policy, is not supposed to be used for 
tech support but for other departments, and once left a message on the 
answering machine for whoever to receive on the machine to ring me back.  
Obviously, they NEVER, so I am telling you the SOLID TRUTH and SOLID PROOF, 
despite your saying:  "I don't have to prove...", that they do not do anything! 
 Yes, their reputation is both very clearly and definitely very bad!  Think 
about it.
