I too have had very little trouble with tech support. I had to kind of sit on 
them when, in April 2003 they forgot to put the owner's manual in after the bn 
got its new Motherboard. Anyway I do the same thing as Bob, when I have a need 
and they aren't available it is simply easier for me to call them back.
Now last December a lovely man called Peter called meright back to help me load 
keysoft 5.0 in to the bn so I could run my gps so again high marks go to PDI!
