Paul, The easiest way to get rid of that spacing is to manually edit them out yourself. Just open the files in keyword instead of keybook and change the formatting as you wish, most likely by putting a "top of block" marker at the beginning of the large extent of spacing and then navigating to the end of it and deleting the block.
