When you exercise the braille display, does it exercise - do the pins
move?

Subject: [Braillenote] braille display not working

Hi
Yes the front thumb keys appear to be on. however nothing happens when
i press any of the tumb keys. i tried the dot 3 while turning on the
unit nothing happened except the bn said braille display not operating
when the unit turned on. I am getting ready to figure out how to
purchase a new Braillenote because I think that is easier than paying
for a hardware agreement plus all new Braille cells which I'm guessing
the unit needs. I am willing to try other ideas if anyone has them I am
just willing to face the hard sad truth that I will need to either pay
for serious repairs or buy a new Braillenote. Lisa
