The same thing happened to mine. I ended up having to have the Braille display replaced. I found a very temporary work-around which may or may not work on your unit: I let the unit discharge fully, until the Braille and speech both stopped completely, then recharged it. Sometimes this made my Braille display operate again, until it crashed the next time.
