I have some suggestions in this regard. Forgetting to free up database space has caused me considerable grief. Since upgrading to KS 6.11, I have been using the BN a lot for reading every-mail, and I'm on a lot of every-mail lists, consequently, it's not uncommon for me to receive at least a couple hundred messages per day. When things really got out of hand, my couldb file was over 2 megs, probably closer to 3. Performance went right down the tubes. I called up tech support and was told that I had no recourse other than to delete each message in the larger folders manually, or I had to destroy the couldb file altogether to get email running again. Neither option was particularly appealing, and I did in fact destroy the couldb file to get back in business. So, I'd like to see two things included in a future version of keymail. First, I'd like to see an additional setup option to free database automatically when exiting keymail. Ditto for automatic emptying of the trash folder. I don't know if those are doable, but I thought I'd throw those suggestions out there for consideration anyway. Oh, and while I'm at it, I'd like to know how one backs up every-mail folders, moving them off to a CF card. That's enough for now I guess. Cheers! Tom
