Hi, Rhonda. It only worked for two times. Then, I was right back to not being able to download. I tried three times last night before I got anything and four times this morning before I just gave up. Dean wants me to do a j k l reset to see if that helps. I need to let the mail build up to a good amount. I will try doing this tomorrow morning when I have at least 200 to 300 messages on my ISP. I want to have a large amount so I can see how the bn handles that. I will let him know and also you guys. It's a pain to have to do a j k l reset, as I then have to reset the time and date, but maybe if it wirks, that will give the guys in development somewhere to start looking. Maybe they need to refresh something on the system disk each time email is downloaded. i don't know, but we will see tomorrow.

    Hi List:

Paul, with the information Maurice gave us, and deleting the KSD in the Dictionary Folder, along with "email folder.cdb" it definitely helps the 6.1. So, when you guys get the upgrades, these things are great to keep in mind.
