Hello Michelle, In the manual folder on the flashdisk, you should have an exe file. In fact, there may be two exe files. Delete almost everything in the manual folder, only leaving the exe files. Next, run the exe files from the utilities/applications menu and only press reset when you have finished running the exe files.
