When using outlook XP, save email addresses by: Selecting the address in the from section of the email, After selecting the address, hit the righthand window key, This will bring up a menu and you will hit enter when you hear add to contacts. You hit enter and then get a dialog box in the contacts section, if the email name is what you want then close that box and hit yes when prompted save change.
