Thanks for your sympathy.  I hope someone from PDI does respond.  The dot 5 is 
working again.  Weird huh? Enough to drive a person crazy.  I feel like I'm 
gamfling with my Braille display like I'm surprised when it works.  Have a good 
weekend.
