On the Web page, hit [SPACE with T], [READ with C]. You'll be prompted "Function of [SPACE with dots 1-3], [SHIFT with TAB] and [SPACE with dots 4-6], [TAB]? Move by input control.". Input controls (edit fields, radio buttons, check boxes, combo boxes, etc.) are the default page element, but if you've previously changed it, the current setting will reflect the current element. Anyway, at the prompt, type F for "Frame", and you will immediately be returned to the Web page, meaning you don't have to press ENTER to accept the new value. Now, [SPACE with dots 1-3], [SHIFT with TAB], [SPACE with X], [READ with X], and [SPACE with dots 4-6], [TAB] will move you to the previous, current, and next frames respectively. The page element setting stays until you press [SPACE with T], [READ with C] and select a new page element (I for input control, L for link, H for heading, F for frame).
