I think there might be a slight misunderstanding. Don, as he has written, was being somewhat sarcastic. However, he does have a point. He isn't saying people should be experts with the equipment. He is saying, rather, that people should just be aware of exactly what the BN family will and, especially, will not do. I still don't think this is unreasonable. Of course, that doesn't mean that any of us will be taken seriously, but I think if people knew what their BN would and wouldn't do, they wouldn't be as surprised when it didn't perform to their expectations. This doesn't at all mean that I don't think people should be taught how to use the BN before buying it. On the contrary, I think people should be taught as much as possible, whenever possible. Remember, it's all about education. I know we have all seen messages we considered silly or maybe even unreasonable, but all I have to do is remind myself that the poster may not be educated, and it all makes sense.
