I think this may be some kind of braille display issue because this does not
happen with the voicenote.

Subject: [Braillenote] ZAP!
Hi all,
I've been using 6.11 for just over a week now and am pleased with it for
the
most part. But, I thought that I would take a moment to warn people that
the
memory issues that occasionally have cropped up in earlier versions of
Keysoft are still around. I was in a meeting at work yesterday, adding my
final notes to a Word file when a message popped up on my display for just
an instant and poof! everything but the first several characters of the
file
vanished. As soon as the meeting was over, I dashed to my office, took out
the storage card where I had the document, checked the file out and my
worst
fears were confirmed. All useful data in the file was gone, zapped into
oblivion. I contacted tech support and was told that there was nothing I
could do to retrieve it. Needless to say, I wasn't at all pleased.
So, just thought I'd give anybody from Humanware a heads-up on this and
urge
everybody to save often, and it goes without saying that all critical data
files need to be backed up. I wish I had.
Tom
