Lisa,

Why do you think you got 6.1 instead of 6.11? If it's because of the Braille
label on the card case, that doesn't mean anything.
As far as that label goes, it comes in the little plastic bag with the compact
flash card. You don't need sighted assistance to find this.

Subject: [Braillenote] PDI staff please respond thanks

Dear PDI Staff,
I tried sending a similar message to the list earlier today but didn't see it
post. I apologize for clogging this list with this message when it is intended
for PDI staff. I have not been following messages from this list very closely
for the past month so my apologies if this has been discussed.

I ordered my Keysoft 6.1 upgrade in November. I paid for it then. It arrived
today. I thought those of us who hadn't received Keysoft 6.1 after a certain
date in March or April would automatically receive 6.11. Also I'm concerned
the instructions discussed something about some label for licensing purposes
that needs to be placed on the bottom of my unit. I had someone sighted help
me look through the packing materials and no label.
Thank you for your help and your time. I considered calling the Humanware
office in California but didn't want to waste my time talking to a customer
service rep who probably wouldn't know what was going on. I'e rather get the
info straight from the horse's mouth as they say.

Thanks!
Lisa
