Hi Michelle, Yes, there is a way to mark all email in a single folder, but it is strongly not recommended. The process can take anywhere from fifteen minutes to a few hours (i kid you not). More often than not, users think that their units have frozen up, turn them off or reset them, and turn them on again only to find that their database has been corrupted. So, for the time being, it is best to delete each email one at a time.
To free database space, press s from the keymail menu followed by f to free database space. A percentage will be displayed on the display, until it reaches 100 percent, at which time the BN will announce "database space freed (number) bbytes freed" where the number is however much space was freed.
