Thanks for checking on this. I hadn't heard anyone talking about having received their update recently so I thought there must be some kind of issue. I'm encouraged by the note where you mentioned that the remaining quantities would be shipped next week. I'm looking forward to installing the upgrade and having wireless access and improved performance. Thanks again.

Hi Paul, I'm just getting back to you as promised. I'm advised that there
was a hold up with obtaining Microsoft Windows CE licenses. We are not
legally allowed to ship without them. Obviously because this relates to the operating system, this is a one-off situation outside of our control. We've
now received more licenses and have begun shipping more to the US. I
apologise for this, we don't enjoy being in this position any more than
customers do, but we're back on track now. The vast majority of customers
have now received the update, but the demand is high and there are still a
few hundred who haven't. We'll remedy that as soon as we can.
