rhonda, just checked and my directory of accounts.klt is in the keylist folder. For some reason I can't remember now, the .klt extension doesn't show up, but she should have two files, the directory of accounts.cdb if it's been created and another with just the name directory of accounts.
I don't immediately see a file on the keysoft disk, but since it's a template anyway and if you have 6.11, you could send her yours and see if that works. All of this is meaningless of course if she already has the file. <smile> Don On Sat, 23 Apr 2005 19:20:29 -0700, Don Bishop wrote: Rhonda, I think I saw this one time. Not absolutely sure, but believe it happens when the directory of accounts.klt file is missing. Before doing anything else, have her check to see if it is there. If the database itself isn't there, it should say so and ask if you want to create it. They've moved a few of these databases around so not sure if you need to look in the keylist or keymail directory. I'd try both. <smile> Don On Sat, 23 Apr 2005 21:11:38 -0500 (CDT), rhonda clark wrote: Hi, List: I have an unusual question. I am helping with a 6.11, and the person just got their machine back. When she tries to enter her account information in the option doing E S and D for directory of accounts, she is getting "cannot find the directory of accounts database." How do you put that back in, and where would it have gone? She just got it back from Humanware Repair.
