If you using outlook express, then here is the
steps.
do a alt t for tools and up arrow to accounts and press inter.
tab to properties and press inter.
then control tab until you get to advance.
then tab over to the box that says, leave a copy of messages on server,
uncheck this box, and tab to ok.
tab one more time to close and press inter, this should fix it.-----
