hi, this isn't exactly what i was looking for. i want to have multiple services that just dial different phone numbers. basically when i travel two different cities i want to just find the city in my directory of services, and i would rather not need to create the service again if i don't need to. like one can do in windows to copy the entry. thanks Chris
