Stacey, contrary to a recent post on the list, the VoiceNote QT's keyboard is smaller, and the keys much closer together, than a laptop. I had a voicenote for a year, and my greatest complaint about the unit was the keyboard. When I got the unit, I nearly put it back in the box without ever turning it on because of the small keyboard, but I decided to take advantage of the thirty day return policy, and enjoyed a fine year of use before selling it last fall. I'm about a hundred word/minute typist on a PC, and was about a fifty word/minute typist on the VoiceNote. For notetaking and traveling informational purposes, it was sufficient, but I wouldn't have wanted it to be my only means of communication were I a student, and the keyboard plays a large part in that statement. Check with your local dealer to see if they can bring or ship you a demo to evaluate. Jeremiah

I have my m-20 set to ask me each time whether I want to write in Braille or not. Thanks for these steps. I'm going to save them. One other question, can someone tell me if the keys on the QT keys are the same size as those on a laptop or smaller?
