Tell them you need to write in your information manually, that you can't 
download it into your VoiceNote.  I have a friend that has Bell South, and she 
has no problem.  Just get them to give you all of the information, like the pop 
server, smtp server, things like that.  You should do fine.  If you can only 
download it from a Cd rom, or from the internet, you can't use it.
